By using Perko you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Perko is
Perko is an information service. It computes a credit card strategy from the spending, goals and cards you describe, using published card terms and our own point valuations, and it explains that strategy in plain language.
What Perko is not
- Not financial, legal or tax advice. We are not a bank, lender, broker or registered advisor. Decisions about applying for credit are yours.
- Not a guarantee of approval or rewards. Issuers decide approvals. Welcome offers, earning rates, fees and transfer partners change without notice, and the issuer's own application page always controls.
- Not a substitute for reading the card agreement. Read it before you apply.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep card data current: terms are re-verified on a schedule, every card shows the date its terms were last checked, and our software refuses to state facts it cannot support from its data. Errors still happen. If you find one, tell us and we will check it against the issuer.
Your account
Your login link is personal. Do not share it. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; the plan is only as good as the numbers you give it. You must be at least 18 and located in the United States. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, and you may delete yours at any time.
Referral compensation
We may be paid when you apply for a card through a link on Perko. Our disclosure explains how that works and how we keep it from affecting recommendations.
Perko Pro
Perko Pro is an optional paid subscription billed monthly; you can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are published and may change with notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perko and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the dashboard and take effect thirty days after posting.
